Notice is hereby given that I, Mark Jonathan Botwood, the Liquidator of the above named Company, intend declaring a first and final dividend to the non-preferential unsecured creditors within two months of the last date for proving specified below.

Creditors who have not already proved are required, on or before 7 September 2018, the last date for proving, to submit a proof of debt to me at Muras Baker Jones Ltd, Regent House, Bath Avenue, Wolverhampton WV1 4EG and, if so requested by me, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to be necessary. A creditor who has not proved his debt before the date specified above will be excluded from the distribution.

Please note: This is a solvent liquidation and all known creditors have been or will be paid in full.
