"That the LLP be wound up voluntarily and that Ben Stanyon (IP No. 25710) and Nedim Ailyan (IP No. 9072) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 142-148 Main Road, Sidcup, Kent, DA14 6NZ be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up."
