At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named company, duly convened, and held on 7 April 2021 the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

1. That the Company be wound up voluntarily” and

2. “That Andrew Shackleton and Colin Nicholls, of Smart Insolvency Solutions Ltd, 1, Castle Street, Worcester WR1 3AA, be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately.”
