At a General meeting of the above named company, duly convened and held at 84 Court Lane, Portsmouth, PO6 2LR on 13 September 2022 at 3.00 pm, the following special and ordinary resolution were duly passed:

"That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Alexander Kinninmonth (IP No. 9019) and Philip Harris (IP No. 23510) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Mountbatten House, Grosvenor Square, Southampton, SO15 2RP be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that anything required or authorised to be done by the Liquidators be done by both or either of them."
