NOTICE OF MEETING OF CREDITORS

Notice is hereby given by Michael Walker, Director of the above company (“the convener”) that a physical meeting of the creditors of the above company is to be held at the offices of Grainger Corporate Rescue & Recovery, 65 Bath Street, Glasgow, G2 2BX, on Friday 11 October 2019 at 11am.

This meeting is being held for the purpose of (1) appointing a Liquidator of the company under Section 100 of the Insolvency Act 1986; and (2) where two or more liquidators are appointed, in accordance with Section 231 of the Insolvency Act 1986, confirming that any acts can be done by any one or more of them; and (3) that a liquidation committee will not be established unless sufficient valid nominations are received by the convenor, in writing, by the decision date; and (4) approving payment of the costs of assisting in convening the decision procedure and preparation of the Statement of Affairs. This meeting is a physical meeting requested by creditors under Section 246ZE of the Insolvency Act 1986.

Creditors can participate in the meeting in person and vote. Voting may either be in person by the creditor, or in form of proxy. To be valid, the proxy must be lodged with the convener at or prior to the meeting. Proxies can be submitted to the convener c/o Grainger Corporate Rescue & Recovery, 65 Bath Street, Glasgow, G2 2BX.
