"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Nigel Heath Sinclair (IP No. 9030) and Richard William James Long (IP No. 6059) both of Richard Long & Co, Castlegate House, 36 Castle Street, Hertford, Hertfordshire, SG14 1HH be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such winding up."
