“The Company be wound up voluntarily under Section 84(1)(b) of the Insolvency Act 1986 and that Gordon Malcolm MacLure (IP No. 8201) of Johnston Carmichael LLP, Bishops Court, 29 Albyn Place, Aberdeen, AB10 1YL be and is hereby appointed as Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of winding up the Company’s affairs and distributing its assets.”
