At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at Dee Walk, Kirkcudbright on 23 October 2019 at 13:00 the following resolutions were passed as a Special resolution and Ordinary resolution respectively:-

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Brian Milne (IP No 9381) of French Duncan Restructuring and Debt Advisory, 133 Finnieston Street, Glasgow, G3 8HB be appointed Liquidator of the Company.”
