At a general meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held at 21 Beverley Avenue, Leigh, Lancashire WN7 1JT, on 15 December 2016, at 10.00 am, the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Laurence Pagden,(IP No. 9055) and Simon Peter Carvill-Biggs,(IP No. 15930) both of Menzies Business Recovery LLP, Lynton House, 7-12 Tavistock Square, London, WC1H 9LT be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.”
