A Petition to wind up the above named company WB Northwest Civil Engineering Limited (also known as WB Northwest Civil Engeering Ltd) of 36 The Links, Manchester, United Kingdom M40 3NU (registered office) presented on 14 January 2019 by BUCKHURST PLANT HIRE LIMITED of Regency House, 45-51 Chorley New Road, Bolton BL1 4QR (registered office) claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at The Companies Court, 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 27 February 2019 at 1030 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the undersigned by 1600 hours on Tuesday 26 February 2019.
