A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Wayne Florist Wholesalers Limited (13250084) whose registered office is Unit 8 Merthyr Industrial Park, Pentrebach, Merthyr Tydfil Wales CF48 4DR whose nature of business is 46220 Wholesale of flowers and plants presented on 1 September 2022 by SJAAK VAN DER VIJVER BV (A Company incorporated under the laws of Netherlands) of Jupiter 322, 2675 Lw Honselersdijk, Netherlands claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business and Property Courts England & Wales, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 19 October 2022 at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
