A Petition to wind up the above named Company of Travarian, 43 High Lane, Ridgeway, Sheffield, S12 3XF, presented on 18 March 2020 by the Company acting by Fiona Clare Grant and Lisa Jane Hogg of WILSON FIELD LIMITED, The Manor House, 260 Ecclesall Road South, Sheffield, S11 9PS, the Joint Supervisors of the failed Company Voluntary Arrangement of the Company will be heard on 29 May 2020 at 10.00am at The County Court at Sheffield, The Law Courts, 50 West Bar, Sheffield, S3 8PH (or as soon thereafter that the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear at the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioners or its solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 4.00pm on 28 May 2020.
