At a General Meeting of the members of the above named company duly convened and held at 21 Bell Lane, Saham Toney, Thetford, Norfolk IP25 7HD on 11 July 2018 at 3.30 pm the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:-

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Daniel Plant (IP No. 9207) of SFP, 9 Ensign House, Admirals Way, Marsh Wall, London E14 9XQ be and he is hereby, appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purpose of the winding up.”
