At a General Meeting of the Members of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at 7-7c Snuff Street, Devizes, SN10 1DU on 28 July 2022 the following resolutions were duly passed as a special resolution and as an ordinary resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Mike Solomons (IP No. 9043) and Milan Vuceljic (IP No. 20172) both of Moorfields, 20 Old Bailey, London, EC4M 7AN be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up and that anything required or authorised to be done by the Joint Liquidators be done by both or either of them."
