A Petition to wind-up the above-named Company of Badsey Lane, Willersey Fields, Badsey, Evesham, Worcestershire, WR11 7HF presented on 3 May 2018 by AK Fresh Limited of Dorcette House, Little Lane, Whaplode, Spalding, Lincolnshire, PE12 6RU claiming to be a Creditor of the Company will be heard at High Court of Justice, 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 20 June 2018 at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or their Solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 16.00 hours on 19 June 2018.
