At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held at Cable Plaza, Waterfront West, Dudley Rd, Brierley Hill, DY5 1LW on 6 June 2017, the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Kay Possart (IP No. 8837) and Craig Povey (IP No. 9665) both of CVR Global LLP, Three Brindleyplace, 2nd Floor, Birmingham, B1 2JB be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up."
