At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at FRP Advisory, 4 Beaconsfield Road, St Albans, Hertfordshire AL1 3RD on 10 December 2021 at 11.00 am, the following resolutions were duly passed as a special resolution and as an ordinary resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Miles Needham (IP No. 14372) and Simon Peter Carvill-Biggs (IP No. 15930) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 4 Beaconsfield Road, St Albans, Hertfordshire, AL1 3RD be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.”
