"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Lauren Rachel Cullen (IP No. 18050) of Cullen & Co UK Limited, 52 Ravensfield Gardens, Epsom, KT19 0SR be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding up."
