Notice is hereby given that by written resolution of the members of the above-named Company, on 26 February 2021 the following special resolution and ordinary resolution were passed:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Joint Liquidators be appointed for the purposes of such winding up and that Abigail Shearing (IP No. 10290) of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, Abbotsgate House, Hollow Road, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, IP32 7FA and Tyrone Courtman (IP No. 7237) of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, Rivermead House, 7 Lewis Court, Grove Park, Enderby, Leicester, LE19 1SD be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators to the Company, to act on a joint and several basis."
