NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the creditors of the said company, are required, on or before 20 September 2019, to prove their debts, to include full names, addresses and full particulars of their debts or claims, by sending to the undersigned

Stuart Irwin and Wendy McVeigh, Joint Liquidators of Waste Systems Ltd, C/O KPMG, The Soloist Building, 1 Lanyon Place, Belfast, BT1 3LP.

If so requested by the Joint Liquidators, to provide such further details or produce such documentary evidence as may appear to the Joint Liquidators to be necessary.

A creditor who has not proved this debt before the declaration of any dividend is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in it, the distribution of that dividend or any other dividend declared before his debt was proved.
