"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Timothy Colin Hamilton Ball (IP No. 008018) of Mazars LLP, 90 Victoria Street, Bristol, BS1 6DP and Michael Ian Field (IP No. 009705) of Mazars LLP, 5th Floor, Merck House, Seldown Lane, Poole, Dorset, BH15 1TW be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up and that they be authorised to act jointly and severally.."
