Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 19 October 2018 as a special and an ordinary resolution, respectively:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same and, accordingly, that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Allan Watson Graham (IP No. 8719) of Duff & Phelps Ltd, 35 Newhall Street, Birmingham, B3 3PU and Geoffrey Wayne Bouchier (IP No. 9535) of Duff & Phelps Ltd, The Shard, 32 London Bridge Street, London, SE1 9SG be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding-up.”
