"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Joanne Kim Rolls (IP No. 8867) and Steven John Parker (IP No. 8989) both of Opus Restructuring LLP, Evergreen House North, Grafton Place, Euston, London NW1 2DX be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
