“That the Company be wound-up voluntarily and that Christine Francis (IP No. 13596) and Christopher Marsden (IP No. 9409) both of Moore Stephens LLP, Suite 17, Building 6, Croxley Park, Hatters Lane, Watford, WD18 8YH be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up of the Company. The Joint Liquidators are to act either alone or jointly.”
