“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Gerald Clifford Smith (IP No. 6335) and Arvindar Jit Singh (IP No. 11070) both of FRP Advisory LLP, 170 Edmund Street, Birmingham, B3 2HB be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up.”
