Notice is hereby given that on 6 September 2018 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Glasgow Sheriff Court by Craven Construction (2007) Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number 06023575), and having their registered office at 8 College Street, Gloucester, GL1 2NE, craving the court inter alia that Walmsley Homes Limited a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number SC453419), and having their registered office at Flat 1/3, 2172 Dumbarton Road, Glasgow, G14 0JJ be wound up by the court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed, in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow Sheriff Court by Interlocutor dated 6th September 2018 appointed all persons having an interest, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow Sheriff Court within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement, under certification, and meantime, appoints Donald Iain McNaught, Johnston Carmichael, to be Interim Liquidator of the Company with the powers specified in Parts 4 and 5 of part 2 of schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986, all of which notice is hereby given.
