Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 7.59 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 that Alexander Kinninmonth and Richard Brewer of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, Highfield Court, Tollgate, Chandlers Ford, Eastleigh, SO53 3TY have been appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company.

The Joint Liquidators are not proposing to establish a liquidation committee under Section 141 of the Insolvency Act 1986. The Joint Liquidators must summon a virtual meeting of the company's creditors and contributories for the purpose of establishing a Liquidation Committee if such a meeting is requested by one-tenth in value of the company's creditors.
