“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Kenneth Wilson Pattullo and Kenneth Robert Craig, both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Finlay House, 10-14 West Nile Street, Glasgow G1 2PP, (IP Nos 008368 and 08584) be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they act jointly and severally.”
