At a general meeting of the members of the above named Company, duly convened and held at 2nd Floor, Regis House, 45 King William Street, London EC4R 9AN, on 14 March 2019, the following resolutions were duly passed as a special and an ordinary resolution, respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Matthew John Waghorn (IP No. 009432) of Wilkins Kennedy, 92 London Street, Reading, Berkshire, RG1 4SJ and Anthony Malcolm Cork (IP No. 009401) of Wilkins Kennedy, 2nd Floor, Regis House, 45 King William Street, London, EC4R 9AN be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up and that they may act jointly and severally.”
