Kerry Bailey (officeholder No: 8780) of BDO LLP, 3 Hardman Street, Spinningfields, Manchester, M3 3AT and Sarah Rayment (officeholder No: 9162) of BDO LLP, 55 Baker Street, London, W1U 7EU, were appointed Joint Liquidators of the company on 19 May 2017.

NOTICE IS GIVEN to all creditors that the Joint Liquidators intend to declare a first dividend within two months of the last date for proving, being 26 March 2018. Creditors who have not already submitted a proof of debt are invited to prove their debts in writing to us at BDO LLP, 5 Temple Square, Temple Street, Liverpool, L2 5RH by no later than 26 March 2018. Creditors that are owed a small debt of ÂŁ1,000 or less do not need to prove their debts and will be included in the dividend. Creditors that do not submit a proof of debt by the last date for proving will b excluded from the dividend. No further public advertisement of invitation to prove debts will be given.
