Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 4.106A(2) of the Insolvency Rules 1986 (as amended), that Alisdair J Findlay, of Findlay James, Saxon House, Saxon Way, Cheltenham GL52 6QX, has been appointed to the Company by the Court on 7 March 2016. Notice is also hereby given, pursuant to Section 141 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the Liquidator has summoned a general meeting of the Company’s creditors for the purpose of appointing a creditors’ committee and, if not, fixing the remuneration of the Liquidator. The meeting will be held at Saxon House, Saxon Way, Cheltenham GL52 6QX on 08 April 2016, at 11.00 am.

In order to be entitled to vote at the meeting, creditors must lodge their proxies with the Liquidator at Saxon House, Saxon Way, Cheltenham, GL52 6QX by no later than 12.00 noon on the business day prior to the day of the meeting (together with a completed proof of debt form if this has not previously been submitted).
