A petition to wind up the above named company of Wags Kennels Limited of Charter House, C/O Paul Austen Associates, 7-9 Wagg Street, Congleton, Cheshire, CW12 4BA, Co reg no. 04504807 presented on 31 January 2019 by Mrs Nicola Walton of 2 Hawthorn Villas, Holmes Chapel, Cheshire, CW4 7AR, claiming to be a creditor of the company will be heard at Business And Property Courts In Leeds, The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds, LS1 3BG on 12 March 2019 at 10:30 am (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
