"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Ryan Holdsworth (IP No. 23410) and Adrian Graham (IP No. 8980) both of Graywoods, 4th Floor, Fountain Precinct, Leopold Street, Sheffield, S1 2JA be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up and that any act required or authorised to be done by the Liquidators may be done by all or any one or more of the persons for the time being holding such office."
