Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 23 November 2021 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Mark Reynolds (IP No. 008838) of Valentine & Co, Galley House, Moon Lane, Barnet, EN5 5YL and Adam Harris (IP No. 015454) of Mazars LLP, Tower Bridge House, St Katharine's Way, London, E1W 1DD be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up."

The creditors appointed Mark Reynolds of Valentine & Co, Galley House, Moon Lane, Barnet EN5 5YL and Adam Harris of Mazars LLP, Tower Bridge House, St Katharine’s Way, London EW1W 1DD as Joint Liquidators of the Company on the same day.
