Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 26 September 2018 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Andrew Philip Wood (IP No. 9148) and Lisa Jane Hogg (IP No. 9037) both of Wilson Field Limited, The Manor House, 260 Ecclesall Road South, Sheffield, S11 9PS be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
