Purpose of the Virtual Meeting

Please note that further to requests from the Company’s creditors for a decision procedure to be convened pursuant to Section 246ZE of The Insolvency Act, a virtual meeting of the Company’s creditors will be held on 23 July 2020 at 10.30 am. Carolynn Jean Best, is the convener of the meeting (“the Convener”).

Access to the virtual meeting can be gained from 10.30 AM on 23 July 2020 by contacting Charlene Haycock via email Charlene.Haycock@btguk.com or telephone 0116 355 2427 prior to the meeting. If you are unable to contact Charlene Haycock then please call 0116 355 2427 and advise you are calling regarding access to a meeting and the office will be able to assist you.

All virtual meetings of creditors will be recorded (video and/or audio) in order to establish and maintain records of existence of relevant facts, or decisions that are taken at such meeting.

By attending a meeting you are consenting to being recorded, including possible recordings of your facial image. Where any recording of the meeting also entails processing of personal data, such personal data shall be treated in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

The purpose of the meeting is for creditors to consider a decision on the approval of the administrators’ proposals and approval of the administrators’ remuneration and disbursements, etc, and if the creditors think fit, to appoint a liquidation committee.

In order to be entitled to vote at the meeting (either in person or by proxy), creditors must have submitted a proof in respect of their claim (unless a proof has already been submitted) to the Convener via the contact details below, by no later than 4pm on 22 July 2020.

Any creditor entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to do so either in person or by proxy. If you cannot attend and wish to be represented at the meeting, a completed proxy form must be delivered to the Convener via the contact details below, prior to the meeting.
