Notice is hereby given that on 27 September 2018 a Petition was presented to Sheriff at Stirling Sheriff Court by Iain Lewandowski, craving the Court that W G Renfrew Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at 15 Gladstone Place, Stirling, FK8 2NN (“the Company”) be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Stirling by Interlocutor dated 27 September 2018 appointed all persons having interest to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Stirling Sheriff Court, Viewfield Place, Stirling, FK8 1NH within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
