"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Stephen Anthony John Ramsbottom (IP No. 8990) and Gareth David Wilcox (IP No. 21052) both of Opus Restructuring LLP, 1 Radian Court, Knowlhill, Milton Keynes, MK5 8PJ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and they be empowered to act jointly or severally in matters relating to the winding-up."
