At a general meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Chotowa 100E, Chotowa 39-217, Poland on 24 June 2020, the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that James E Patchett (IP No. 9345) and Martin C Armstrong (IP No. 006212) both of Turpin Barker Armstrong, Allen House, 1 Westmead Road, Sutton, Surrey, SM1 4LA be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately."
