CREDITORS’ VOLUNTARY WINDING-UP

Notice is hereby given that I, Nicholas McKeague, FCA, was appointed Liquidator of the above named company on 20 February 2019 at the first meeting of creditors, pursuant to Article 86 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989. Creditors of the above named company are required on or before the 26 April 2019 to send their full names and addresses and the particulars of their debts or claims and the names and addresses of their solicitors to Nicholas McKeague, FCA, of McKeague Morgan & Company, 27 College Gardens, Belfast, BT9 6BS, the liquidator of said company, and if so required by notice in writing from the said liquidator to come in and prove their said debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
