"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Ian Gould (IP No. 7866) and Richard Tonks (IP No. 016670) both of Baldwins Restructuring and Insolvency Limited, 6th Floor, Bank House, Cherry Street, Birmingham, B2 5AL be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up."
