“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Jonathan Paul Philmore (IP No. 9098) of Philmore & Co Ltd, Yorkshire House, 7 South Lane, Holmfirth, HD9 1HN be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the winding up.”
