NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 30 May 2022 the following resolutions were passed:

Special resolutions:

1. That the Company be wound up voluntarily.

2. That in accordance with the provisions of the Company’s articles of association, the Joint Liquidators be authorised to distribute to the member of the Company in specie all or any part of the Company’s assets.
