At an Adjourned General Meeting of the Company convened and held at The Old Library, The Walk, Winslow, Buckingham MK18 3AJ on 26 July 2022 at 11.30am the following special resolution numbered one and ordinary resolution numbered two were passed:

1 That the Company be wound up voluntarily.

2 That Lee James Cotton of Robert Day and Company Limited, The Old Library, The Walk, Winslow, Buckingham MK18 3AJ be appointed liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up.

At a subsequent meeting of creditors held on the same day That Joanne Louise Hammond and Kris Anthony Wigfield of Begbies Traynor (SY) LLP, 3rd Floor, Westfield House, 60 Charter Row, Sheffield, S1 3FZ were appointed as Joint Liquidators by the company`s creditors.
