A Petition to Wind-up the above named Company of Regent House, 316 Beulah Hill, London, SE19 3HF presented on 4 September 2019 by Zhejiang Chemicals Import and Export Corporation, whose address is 17th Floor, Building T1-A, Xizi International Centre, Qingchan East Road, Hangzhon, Zhejiang, China, 310020 and High Hope International Group Jiangsu Medicines and Health Products Import and Export Corporation Ltd whose address is 12-14/F High Hope Mansion, 91 Bai Xia Road, Nanjing, China, 210001 claiming to be creditors of the Company will be heard will be heard at the Business and Property Courts in Leeds, The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 3BG at 10.30 am on 12 November 2019 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the Hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give Notice of Intention to do so to the petitioner or its Solicitors in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 16.00 hours on 11 November 2019.
