At a General Meeting of the Company duly convened and held at 92 London Street, Reading, Berkshire, RG1 4SJ on 24 April 2018, the following resolutions were duly passed as a special and an ordinary resolution, respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Matthew John Waghorn (IP No. 009432) and David William Tann (IP No. 008101) both of Wilkins Kennedy LLP, 92 London Street, Reading, Berkshire, RG1 4SJ be and are hereby appointed joint liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding-up.”

At a subsequent creditors' decision procedure on 24 April 2018 the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Matthew John Waghorn and David William Tann as Joint Liquidators.
