At a General Meeting of each of the above-named Companies, duly convened and held at 3 Field Court, Gray's Inn, London WC1R 5EF on 10 November 2021 at 10.30 am the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and Ordinary Resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Hugh Francis Jesseman (IP No. 9480) of Antony Batty & Company LLP, 3 Field Court, Gray’s Inn, London, WC1R 5EF be appointed as Liquidator of the Companies."
