"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Louise Durkan (IP No. 25010) and Richard Easterby (IP No. 18034) both of Quantuma Advisory Limited, 3rd Floor, Vintry Building, Wine Street, Bristol, BS1 1BD be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company and they are authorised to act jointly and severally."
