At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at Building 18, Gateway 1000 Whittle Way, Arlington Business Park, Stevenage, SG1 2FP on 13 October 2022 at 10.00 am, the following resolutions were duly passed as a special resolution and as an ordinary resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Miles Needham (IP No. 14372) and Sarah Cook (IP No. 18750) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 4 Beaconsfield Road, St Albans, Hertfordshire, AL1 3RD be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.”
