At a General Meeting of the Members of the above named Company held at 56 Beacon Hill, Herne Bay, Kent CT6 6JN on 4 February 2021 at 12.00 noon the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that David Elliott (IP No. 8595) of Begbies Traynor, Innovation Centre Medway, Maidstone Road, Chatham, ME5 9FD and Lee De'ath (IP No. 9316) of Begbies Traynor, Town Wall House, Balkerne Hill, Colchester, Essex, CO3 3AD be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that the Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally."
